When I think back to BEFORE I opened my retail store, I remember the excitement, nervousness…and a person who truly had no idea what they were doing! I didn’t know what I didn’t know, and I had NO idea how much would be involved with opening.
I was okay with not knowing. But goodness, I would have appreciated some form of guidance or a list to check off through it all!
